Physiology
Following a long-standing tradition and well-earned reputation as an adaptive unit, the Department of Physiology shares teaching and research efforts among Michigan State University's three colleges of medicine.
The department, among the largest of its kind in the United States, also meets the growing demand for graduate-level physiology education, address the needs of its already sizeable undergraduate program and offers service courses for other majors.
Its many research interests and teaching specialties attract undergraduate and graduate students, postdoctoral appointees and faculty from around the world.
